[Aug 2022] All field surveys done for the rocky shore biodiversity ECF!

Back on 9 December 2020, we started our first biodiversity survey at Starfish Bay for our rocky shore biodiversity ECF project. Since then, we have been surveying around Hong Kong in different seasons for two years, and finally, we finished our last survey at Starfish Bay (what a coincidence!). The project has not finished yet tho. We will start analysing the data and DNA barcoding the specimens we collected for the catalogue of Hong Kong rocky shore species.
One of the very last surveys at Sai Wan (Sai Kung). It is rare that all four of us — Valerie, Steven, Brian and Jackson appearing in the same photo but thanks to our 2022 summer intern Calvin Cheng — we finally did it!
