[Jan 2021] Vincent starts his PhD as a joint PhD student with Northeastern University, USA

Congratulations to Vincent who became the first joint PhD student between HKU's Faculty of Science and Northeastern University, USA as part of this new partnership. Vincent will be using computer aided and GIS system approaches to investigate the importance of microscale surface heterogeneities on the distribution and performance of rocky shore species and will be jointly supervised in Hong Kong by Gray and Jin Wu and in Northeastern by Prof Brian Helmuth and Prof Mark Patterson.
